摘要
孟加拉国自1971年独立以来接收了大量的外来发展援助,援助方包括双边和多边行为体,援助涉及的领域和部门众多。总体上看,发展援助在孟加拉国实施的有效性低,对该国经济和社会所产生的影响具有积极和消极两重性。在相当长的一段时期内,孟加拉国的经济发展仍需要外来发展援助,面临的主要挑战是如何提高援助的有效性。
Bangladesh has received huge amounts of foreign development aid since independence. The providers include bilateral and multilateral actors,with the aid involving many sectors,but the aid's effectiveness is low in the country. Development aid is helpful for Bangladesh's economic and social development,but at the same time,it has some negative effects. In a fairly long period of time,Bangladesh still needs foreign development aid,how to promote aid's effectiveness is a huge challenge.
