Study on the Industry Cluster Development of Cultural Tourism in Wuling Mountain Area

产业集聚发展是现代区域经济发展的重要选择。武陵山片区文化旅游产业现阶段存在产业集聚发展的必要性,并具备了资源、市场、政策、交通等各方面的有利条件,但文化旅游产业的集聚发展仍存在一些障碍,需要采取一系列措施促进文化旅游产业的集聚发展:发挥政府推动作用、破除地方保护主义壁垒、加强公共服务体系建设、继续优化旅游交通条件、加强民俗文化资源的传承与创新等。

Industry cluster development is an important choice for regional economy development in mod- ern time. It is necessary for cultural tourism industry to develop in cluster in Wuling mountain area at this stage and the area has some advantages in resources, market, policy, transportation etc. There are still some obstacles for cluster development in cultural tourism industry and a series of measures are nee- ded to exert the promotion role of the government, to get rid of local protectionism barriers, to strengthen the public service system, to optimize the tourist traffic conditions, and to strengthen the heritage and innovation of folk culture.
