市级烟草商业企业零售客户满意度测评及实证分析

摘要 本文首先分析了客户满意度测评的意义,然后在零售客户满意度测评指标体系的基础上,通过问卷调查,对J市烟草卷烟零售客户满意度进行了实证研究,最后根据存在的问题提出了相应建议。
