摘要
高等教育应特别注重学生自主学习能力的开发和培养,鼓励学生自觉形成良好的学习习惯。当前高校大学生在学习过程中普遍存在以下问题:学习兴趣不高,学习意愿不强;自主学习的认知水平不高,主观上的自主学习意识不够;课堂学习过度依赖老师,学习较为被动;课余时间利用不足,学习缺乏主动性,学习效率较低;与老师交流较少,资源利用不足。为此,教师应有目的地进行角色定位,逐步成为学习兴趣激发者、学习方向引导者、学习方法指导者、学习内容释疑者、课外学习辅导者和资源利用指导者,从而提高学生的自主学习能力,促进其良好学习习惯的形成。
As a bridge between school and society, higher education should put special emphasis on the development of students' autonomous learning ability and encourage students to consciously form good learning habits. Such common problems arise in the learning process of current college students: study interest, learning attitude; autonomous learning cognition, the subjective consciousness of independent learning, overdependence on teachers, passive learning; insufficient use of spare time, lack of initiative in learning, low learning efficiency and few communications with the teachers, etc. Therefore, teachers should play a proper role,gradually becoming interested in learning, being learning direction guider, learning method mentor , learning content explainer, extracurricular learning facilitator and resource utilization instructor, so as to improve the students' autonomous learning ability and to promote the formation of their good study habits.
