女性学专业“性别与法律”课程教学探索

An Exploration of Teaching the Course of Women’s Studies Major

＂性别与法律＂课是女性学专业开设的法学类特色课程,不仅在课程定位和内容编排上需要精心思考,而且必须针对教学中存在的问题积极探索解决对策。该课程属于主题性课程或领域性课程,以及视角或方法性课程,具有批判与建构并重的特征,且研讨性教学应占较大比重;在内容编排上应分为导论、总论以及分论三个部分,后者宜按中国特色社会主义法律体系组成划分为若干讲。目前该课程存在课程难度大、无合适教材和对教师要求高等问题,可运用电影教学、文献阅读、研讨教学和性别平衡等方法,激发学生积极性,提升教学效果。

Since the course ＂Gender and Law＂ is a special law course for women＇s studies majors, not only does its curriculum orientation and content arrangements need to be constantly thought carefully, but also the solving countermeasures must be found out in view of the existing problems. It belongs to the thematic course or field course and perspective or method course which has critique and construction features and represents a significant proportion of brainstorming teaching, therefore, the content should be divided into three parts such as introduction, summary and points, and the latter should be divided into some lessons according to the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. At present such problems arise in the course as no proper teaching materials and the high demands for teachers, accordingly, the the following teaching methods can be asopted such as movie clip watchiing, literature reading, discussion and gender balance to stimulate students＇ enthusiasm and cultivate their ability and eventually promote the teaching effect.
