摘要
针对平煤十二矿己15突出煤层无合适煤层保护层、矸石无法地面排放及常规充填工作面无法满足矿井产能等工程难题,提出了岩层保护层卸压开采矸石充填与垮落法混合综采技术。研究了矸石充填与垮落法混合综采三大技术关键:混合综采系统构成、关键设备及混合综采工艺,得出了混合综采面充填段长度与充填高度的关系曲线,优化了混合综采面关键参数,基于数值模拟结果设计己15-31010混合综采面合理充填段和过渡段长度分别为120 m和6 m。工程实践表明,矸石充填与垮落法混合综采技术实现了岩层保护层排矸井下充填的同时兼顾充填工作面产量。
To solve the problems of outburst coal seam Ji15 having no proper protective coal seam, gangue not allowed to discharge to the ground, and conventional backfilling working face production not reaching the mine production capacity in colliery 12 of Pingdingshan Coal Mine, this paper puts forward innovative mixed mining method with backfilling and caving to relieve the pressure in the overlying coal seam. This paper analyzes the three main technical keys in mixed fully-mechanized min- ing method: system composition, key equipment and mixed mining processes. Theoretical calculation figures out the curve relation between length and the height of backfilling body. Besides, this paper op- timizes the key parameters at the mixed mining workface and determines the length of backfilling face and transition section of workface Ji15-31010 as 120 m and 6 m respectively. The engineering applica- tion has shown that the mixed mining technology can not only process the gangue underground but also improve productivity of the workface.
