摘要
引文分析是文献计量学的重要方法,其档案是对科研工作的总结性体现和对科研创新点的趋势分析,对科研管理具有决策参考价值。引文分析服务档案应依据科研引文分析过程和结果的规范,分阶段规范其档案过程管理,以保障管理过程的可还原性。归档管理检索过程、结果和评价分析报告及其附件,能够为科研团队培养、科研经费分配等提供决策参考依据。
Citation analysis is an important method of literature metrology. Its archives are summary of scientific research and analysis on the trend of scientific research innovation and have decision-making reference value to scientific research management. Citation analysis service archives should regulate the process of archives management in stages on the basis of standardizing analysis process and result of scientific research citation, in order to ensure the restorability of management process. Filing and managing analysis report about retrieval process, results and evaluation and its attachments can provide decision-making reference to cultivating scientific research team and distributing scientific research fund.
