本科就业指导课程的实施现状及对策研究——以广东某大学为例

摘要 就业指导工作是高校的重要工作之一,也是社会广泛关注的热点问题。为探究本科就业指导课程的实施状况,以广东某大学为例,采用访谈法和问卷法对该校当前的就业指导课程现状进行了解,结果表明:该校就业指导课程理念先进、前沿,但规范性、科学性和实践性不足;存在课程需要全程化与碎片化、学生需要与师资不足、责任主体与责任划分之间的矛盾;课程质量与教师水平和学生感兴趣程度相关。高校应改善课程结构,适当增加课程难度、实用程度,提升教师质量和数量,大力发展创业教育,加强学科建设,注重课程创新,明晰责任主体,才能将就业指导课程的作用真正落到实处。 The career guidance is one of the most important work in colleges and universities,which is the hot issue of public concern. In order to explore the undergraduate course situation in career guidance,and taking a university in Guangdong Province as an example,the paper does a survey on the current situation of career guidance course by using interviews and questionnaires. The results show that this university has advanced,cutting- edge concept of career guidance courses,but the normalization,scientificity and practicality are not enough,having the contradictions between the presence of the whole curriculum needs and fragmentation,students' needs and the shortage of teachers,the main responsibility and the division of responsibilities. The quality of the course is related to the quality of teachers and the students' interest. As a result,universities should improve the course structure,introduce more talents,develop entrepreneurship education,strengthen the discipline system of the career guidance,focus on curriculum innovation and clear the main responsibility,so that the career guidance courses could play a greater role.
