摘要
通过对YBD-450-4/8 240k W/60k W 10k V、隔爆等级Exd IIBT4 Gb、冷却方式为IC511单绕组双速防爆立式电动机的设计,总结出冷却方式为IC511电机结构设计经验和高压单绕组双速的电磁设计经验,及电机的槽配合及节距的选择,在尽量提高绕组系数,减小谐波等方面优化高压单绕组双速电机的设计。
By design YBD 4 /8 240 kw / 60 kw-450-10 kv,flame-proof level Exd IIBT4 Gb,cooling way for IC511 simplex winding double speed explosion-proof design of vertical motor,summed up the cooling way for IC511 motor structure design experience and high pressure single winding double speed of electromagnetic design experience,and the selection of motor slot coordination and pitch,optimize the design of high pressure single winding double speed motor.
