Focus on Improving the Political Consciousness and Practical Capacity of the Absloute Party Leadership Military

坚持党对军队绝对领导，是加强思想政治建设的使命所系和价值所在，也是对做合格党员的行为准则和基本要求。从感悟精髓要义、明晰时代要求和努力方向，把握建军主题、理解客观必然和现实依据，践行行为准则、增强实践能力和工作成效三个方面，探讨了提高坚持党对军队绝对领导政治自觉和实际能力的着力点。

Adhering to the Party＇s absolute leadership over the army is the mission and it great value of strengthening the ideological and political work, the code of conduct and basic reauirements of qualified party members. This paper foucses on,how to improve the political consciousness and practical ability of the absolute Party leadership of the military by explo- ring the following three aspects： first, contemplate the essense and requirements and pay ef- forts; second, grasp military objectives and the reality of the army; third, practice rules of benhavior and enhance practical ability and effectiveness.
