Improving Teaching Ability of Military College Sergeant Trainers

随着军队院校改革的推进，士官教官成为当前军队院校新生的教学力量。针对影响院校士官教官教学能力提升的诸多因素，采取健全培训制度、设立培训平台、完善评估体系、运用激励手段等有效措施，可以促进士官教官教学能力的进一步提升。

Sergeant trainers are a new force in the group of teaching faculty in military colle- ges. This paper tries to reveal this topic in four aspects, the improvement of training princi- ples, construction of training platform, completeness of teaching content and application of motivative approaches, hoping to provide some suggestions in the way of improving sergeant trainer＇s teaching abilities.
