Research of Improving the Quality of General Education Courses for PAP Sergeants Vocational and Technical Training

公共基础课程建设是武警士官职业技术教育工作中一项重要的基础建设，其建设质量直接影响人才培养质量。士官学校应从整合优化教学内容、创新教学方法手段等方面着手，通过处理好课程建设与学科工程建设的关系、基础课程与任职岗位课程的关系、课程建设与检查验收的关系，不断提高公共基础课程建设质量，实现培养高素质士官人才目标。

The construction of general deucation courses is the basis for sergeants vocational and technical education. Its quality directly affects the quality of personnel training. The ser- geant schools should work on integration and optimization of course content, and innovation of teaching methods. By means of handling well the relationship between the construction of courses and disciplinary building, basic courses and post education courses, course construc- tion and evaluation, the schools will improve the quality of the general education and achieve the goal of cultivating the high-quality sergeant talent.
