摘要
以二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等在一定条件下合成了脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,通过筛选合适的活性稀释剂、光引发剂等制备了UV固化合成革表面用柔性涂料。测试表明,该涂料具有固化速度快、低气味、优异的力学性能和低温耐曲折性能。
The aliphatic polyurethane acrylate was synthetized under certain conditions by using dicyclohexyl methyl methane diisocyanate (HMDI), polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) and hydroxy ethyl acrylate (HEA), etc. The flexible coating on UV curing synthetic leather surface was prepared by selecting the appropriate reactive diluent, photoinitiator, etc. The test showed that the coating had excellent properties such as fast curing speed, low smell, excellent mechanical properties and low-temperature flex resistance.
