摘要
以高锰酸钾为氧化剂、碳酸钠和氢氧化钠为碱剂、偏硅酸钠和磷酸三钠为清洗剂制备了一种强力水基脱漆剂,分别研究了各物质配比浓度对漆膜脱除效果的影响。结果表明:该脱漆剂中当氧化剂含量为6%,碱助剂含量为10%,清洗剂含量为1.2%时,漆膜的脱除和清洗效果最佳。
The high-efficiency and water-based paint remover was prepared with mineral chameleon as the oxidizer, sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide as alkali agents, sodium metasilieate and sodium phosphate as cleaning agents. The influences of the ratio of primary to contents of all material on paint removing effect were studied. It was shown that the best efficiency paint remover was obtained when the composition was as follows (mass fraction): 6% oxidizer, 10% alkali agents and 1.2% cleaning agents.
