摘要
目的:探讨藏药唐古特青兰对高原缺氧大鼠肝损伤的作用。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为常氧组、高原低氧组、唐古特青兰高、中、低剂量组。除常氧组外,其余各组大鼠均置于低压氧舱内,模拟海拔5 000m高原连续缺氧30天,并每天灌胃给予相应药物,30天后,检测大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性、肝脏指数、肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果:与常氧组比,高原低氧组大鼠血清ALT和AST活性、肝脏指数和肝组织MDA含量升高,肝组织SOD和GSH-Px活性下降(P<0.01)。与高原低氧组比,唐古特青兰各剂量组大鼠血清ALT和AST活性、肝脏指数和肝组织MDA含量下降,肝组织SOD和GSH-Px活性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:唐古特青兰对高原低氧引起的肝脏损伤具有防治作用,其作用是通过抑制脂质过氧化反应,增强机体抗氧化能力而发挥的。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of dracocephalum tanguticum maxim on liver injury of rats under altitude hypoxia. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal oxygen group, high altitude hypoxic group, high, medium and low dose of dracocephalum tanguticum maxim group. Except for normal oxygen group, the other four groups rats were kept in a hypobaric chamber which simulated the environment of a 5 000 m altitude for 30 days, and were orally given corresponding drugs once a day for 30 days. After that, The activities of serum ALT and AST were detected . The liver index were calculated. The level of malondialdehyde (MDA) , the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase enzyme ( GSH - Px) in liver were measured. Results:Compared with the normal oxygen group, the activities of ALT and AST, the liver index and the level of MDA were increased in high altitude hypoxia group rats, whereas, the activities of SOD and GSH - Px were decreased (P 〈 0.01 ) . Compared with the high altitude hypoxia group, the activities of ALT and AST, the liver index and the level of MDA were decreased in dracocephalum tanguticum maxim high, medium and low dose group rats. Moreover, the activities of SOD and GSH - Px were increased ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Dracocephalum tanguticum maxim shows a protective effect on liver injury of rats induced by altitude hypoxia by inhibiting lipid peroxidation and enchancing antioxidant capacity.
