摘要
实施卓越教师教育培养计划是创新师范生培养的重要举措,是深化地方师范院校本科教育教学改革的必要途径。经过几年的实践,地方师范院校应反思与破除卓越教师实验班办学过程中的困局,调整定位并创新课程与教学;使教改回归精英取向的本科教育,理顺运行机制并践行实践导向,着力培养出具有综合专业素养的未来卓越教师。
The implementation of the outstanding teachers development program is an important measure of training creative talents and a necessary way that undergraduate education and teaching development continue to deepen reform in local normal universities. Through these years ' practice,we may have to reflect and break the deadlock. It is necessary to make a reasonable adjustment and innovate curriculum and teaching. We should make sure undergraduate education reform revert to elite orientation and straighten operation mechanism. At the same time,It's necessary to implement practice orientation and develop outstanding teachers of professional attainment and skill.
