无水氟化氢常压和加压法分离工艺能耗比较

Comparison of energy consumption for the separation of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride by atmospheric and pressurized process

摘要 工业上制取无水氟化氢常采用的方法是萤石-硫酸法。无水氟化氢分离工艺流程设计中,可以采取常压或加压2种分离方法。为了准确比较2种分离方法的优劣,选择较优的工艺操作条件,文中以年操作时间为7 200 h,产量为20 kt/a工业化无水氟化氢生产装置为例,使用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件模拟并优化无水氟化氢分离工艺流程达到生产要求。根据流程中应使用的公用工程和电能等能耗数据,详细计算并对比了2种不同分离方法的总能耗。计算结果表明,每生产1 t无水氟化氢产品,常压分离流程能耗总值可折算为301.795 kg标准油,加压分离流程能耗总值可折算为263.471 kg标准油。由此得到,加压分离方法的工艺流程每年可节约14.55%的操作费用,能够降低生产成本,具有更好的经济效益。 The fluorite-sulfuric acid method was the classical industrial method for producing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride. In the separation process design of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, two different operating pressures were chosen for the separation system. To compare the merits of the two methods of separation, and select the optimal process operating conditions, the process flow simulation based on actual anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production plant was carried out by Aspen plus software to meet the production requirements, which the annual operating time was 7 200 h and capacity is 20 kt/a of an hydrous hydrogen fluoride. According to the process consumption including utilities and electricity energy, the total energy consumption of two different separation methods were calculated and compared in detail. The results show that the energy consumption of atmospheric separation process for 1 t anhydrous hydrogen fluoride products is 301. 795 kg standard oil, while that for the pressurized separation process is 263. 471 kg standard oil. It is found that the pressurized process flow can save annually 14.55% operating cost, which has a better economic efficiency, and can reduce the production cost.
