On the Application of Six Sigma Method in the Optimization of Admission Process

目的探讨六西格玛管理方法在入院流程优化中的应用。方法通过观察、询问、问卷、情景模拟等方式进行调研,对入院流程进行优化设计。结果从硬件设施、医生、护士、患者及其他相关科室5个环节寻找可能出现的问题。结论提出相应的改进措施,改进流程及各环节,有效缩短了无效等待时间,提高了病人满意度。

Objective： To investigate the application of Six Sigma method in the optimization of admission process. Methods： To make research on the admission process by observation, inquiry, questionnaires, scenario simulation. Results： Problems from the hardware facilities, doctors, nurses, patients and other relevant departments have been found. Conclusion： Appropriate measures to improve the process and every link were proposed so that the waiting time has been shortened and patients＇satisfaction improved effectively.
