专科护理临床路径在护理质量评价标准中的应用

The Application of Special Nursing Clinical Pathway in the Nursing Quality Evaluation Standards

目的建立以专科护理临床路径为依据的护理质量评价标准,提高护理质量评价标准在质量管理中发挥的作用。方法通过梳理专科疾病临床护理观察、功能锻炼等护理要求,建立以专科护理临床路径为依据的护理质量评价标准,将新护理质量评价标准应用于护理质量评价与管理中。结果将新护理质量评价标准应用于临床护理管理中,专科病人对疾病专科护理的满意度、临床护理人员、临床医师对护理质量标准的满意度较新标准实施前提高(P<0.05)。结论建立以临床护理路径为基础的护理质量评价标准,能适应临床护理需求,提高护理人员在质量管理中的参与度,较为有效地提高护理质量。

Objective：To establish evaluation standards of nursing quality based on clinical pathways of special nursing care, to improve the role that evaluation standards plays in quality management. Method ： We established evaluation standards of nursing quality based on clinical pathways of special nursing care , by carding observation of clinical special care, functional exercise and other care requirements. The new evaluation standards was applied in the evaluation of nursing quality and management. Result ： After the new evaluation standards of nursing quality was used in clinical care management, the satisfaction of patients, clinical nurses, clinicians with nursing quality has been improved . Conclusion： The establishment of evaluation standards of nursing quality based on clinical pathways could meet the need of clinical nursing, improve the involvement of nursing staff in the quality management and efficiently upgrade the nursing quality.
