摘要
介绍了SCR(选择性催化还原)后处理系统,对样机的喷油量、喷油定时、油嘴凸出量进行了优化。SCR后处理系统与样机进行匹配,结果显示,匹配SCR后处理系统的4A3LU非道路柴油机NO_x排放大幅下降。采用SCR系统是降低非道路柴油机NO_x排放的有效措施,并对其应用前景进行了分析。
The paper introduces the SCR aftertreatment system, optimizes the injection quantity,injection timing, injector head height of the sample engine, analyzes application foreground of SCR system, and then matches SCR aftertreatment system with the sample engine. The matching results show that NO, emissions decline sharply in the 4A3LU non-road diesel engine with SCR aftertreatment,and it is a useful method for reducing NOx emissions.
