拖拉机变速箱体油道孔泄漏检测封堵组件设计

Design for Leakage Detection Sealing Component of Oil Passage Hole in Tractor Gearbox

提供一种拖拉机变速箱体油道孔泄漏检测封堵组件的设计及封堵方法的研究,封堵面板合件、螺纹孔堵块合件和内胀堵头合件分别对拖拉机变速箱体的3种油道孔进行封堵,一次装卸零件可以完成拖拉机变速箱体上全部油道孔的泄漏检测。该封堵组件通用性强,结构简单,操作简便高效,已获国家实用新型专利授权。

Design and Sealing method for leaking detection of oil passage hole on a tractor gearbox are presented in this paper. The three kinds of oil passage holes are sealed by closure panel assembly, screw hole block assembly and internal expanding plug assembly on the tractor gearbox. The leak detection of all oil passage holes on tractor gearbox can be completed by one-time handling part. The device has the features of strong versatility, simple structure, convenient operation and high efficiency. This assembly has obtained China national practical new-type patent.
