摘要
随着工业批量化生产技术的广泛应用,一些传统手工艺技术因无法适应新的社会生产力的发展要求,以及无法满足新材料的工艺性能等技术原因而逐渐被淡忘或替代。传统榫卯结构就是其中的典型案例。本文对三种新型材料在物理性能等方面能够与传统榫卯结构匹配的原因进行分析,并加以实例进行说明。通过对新型材料的剖析和结构工艺的对比,分析其能代替木材采用传统榫卯结构的原因,说明了通过现代工艺技术可将榫卯结构应用在新型材料的产品设计中。
With the widely application of the industrial mass production technology,some traditional handicrafts were forgotten or even replaced owing to unable adapt to the development request of social productive forces or other technical reasons such as fail to meet the process performance for new material.The traditional mortise and tenon joint is one of the typical cases.Three types of new materials can be matching with the traditional mortise and tenon joint in physical properties were analyzed through practical examples.The reasons why the new materials can adopt traditional mortise and tenon joint as wood alternative were analyzed through the comparative study on properties,construction,and process.The paper illustrates the traditional mortise and tenon joint can be applied in the product design of new materials by using modern technology.
