摘要
本文从中西方的饮食文化、饮食方式、厨房环境、厨房用品四个方面进行分析和对比,从而得出中西方厨房格局形成的原因,为实践性设计的展开提供理论依据。
The causation of the formation of Chinese and western kitchen patterns was concluded through the comparative study on the differentiation in aspects of the Chinese and western food culture,eating habits,kitchen environment,and kitchen utensils,which will provide theoretical basis for the practical design of kitchen.
