本文运用SWOT分析的基本原理,分析肿瘤专科医院引入DRGs技术进行医疗保险管理的运行情况。提出了开展肿瘤专科领域DRGs的深入研究、将DRGs相关指标纳入绩效考核、全面向医务人员进行宣教以及利用信息化平台提升分析效能等合理化建议。

This article analyzed the tumor hospital＇s operational aspect on the medical insurance management with the fundamental principles of SWOT. This article suggested that the deep study on the DRGs should be carried out in tumor areas, the indexes of DRGs should be involved in the performance appraisals, the medical staffs should be broadcasted, and the information platform should be used to improve the analysis efficiency.
