气浮工艺中混凝运行参数优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过中试确定了混凝池的搅拌强度为G1=50 s-1、G2=50-1时,气浮工艺出水水质较好、能耗较低。在低温低浊水质期,混凝剂投量Fe Cl3=1 mg/L、PAC=3.5 mg/L时,气浮池出水效果较好,浊度平均值为0.385 NTU,平均去除率为88.30%,COD平均值为2.71 mg/L,平均去除率为45.52%。 Through a pilot test, the outflow water quality by the air flotation was improved and the energy consumption was lower when the agitation intensity, which G1 = 50 s- 1 and G2 = 50 s-1. For low temperature and low turbidity water, the outflow water quality by the air flotation was good when coagulant FeC13 was dosaged 1 mg/L and PAC was 3.5 mg/L, and the average of turbidity was 0. 385 NTU, the average removal rate was 88.30% , the average of COD was 2.71 mg/L, the average removal rate was 45.52%.
