FDI、空间外溢与区域产业结构优化——基于空间面板数据模型的实证研究

FDI,the Spatial Spill-over and Regional Industrial Structure Optimization:Empirical Research Based on Spatial Panel Data Model

基于2001—2013年中国省际面板数据,建立空间面板数据模型,实证研究FDI是否影响产业结构优化,以及这种影响是否存在空间外溢效应。结果显示:FDI在各省市的分布具有一定的空间正相关性和明显的局域空间自相关性;FDI对产业结构优化的影响存在滞后效应,能促进产业结构合理化,但会抑制产业结构高度化;FDI对产业结构优化的影响具有明显的空间外溢效应。因此,要进一步健全对外开放的新体制,根据产业结构优化的调整目标,提前规划利用FDI的行业分布;推动区域产业一体化,建立健全利用FDI的区域协调机制,充分发挥FDI影响产业结构优化的空间外溢效应。

Based on provincial panel data from 2001 to 2013,the spatial panel data model is established in this paper to conduct an empirical research on whether FDI has an effect on industrial structure optimization or not,and the presence of spatial spillover effect. Results showed that FDI has a positive spatial correlation and significant local spatial auto correlation in the distribution of the provinces; FDI has lag effect on industrial structure optimization,whichcan promote the rationalization of industrial structure,but can inhibit the industrial structure;FDI has obvious spatial spillover effect on industrial structure optimization. Therefore,according to the goals of the industrial structure optimization,the commitment to improve the new system of opening up requires the efforts to plan ahead distribution of FDI industry,promote integration of regional industry,establish and improve the use of FDI regional coordination mechanism,thus give spatial spillover effects to full play in affecting FDI industry structure optimization.
