摘要
目的研究探讨经腹股沟入路闭孔神经阻滞在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术中的应用及该方法的成功率和有效性。方法选择经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术患者26例,在腰硬联合麻醉后开始实施经腹股沟入路闭孔神经阻滞,对手术效果进行分析。结果经腹股沟入路闭孔神经阻滞成功率高,达到100%,效果满意。结论经腹股沟入路闭孔神经阻滞在经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术中具有十分满意的效果,是一种成功率高、有效、安全、便捷的方法。
Objective To investigate the inguinal obturator nerve block in the success rate of transurethral resection of bladder tumor and the clinicalapplication and effectiveness of the method to study. Methods 26 cases of transurethral resection of bladder tumor were selected,begin to implement the inguinal obturator nerve block in combined spinal epidural anesthesia after,analysis of the effect of surgery. Results The inguinal obturator nerve block with high success rate reached 100%,with satisfactory results. Conclusion The inguinal obturator nerve block during transurethral resection of bladder tumor with satisfactory results in the operation,which is a high success rate,effective,safe and convenient method.
