摘要
目的观察鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果。方法随机将我院收治的86例慢性鼻窦炎患者分为两组,每组43例。对照组给予常规鼻外径路手术,观察组行鼻内镜手术,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率、术中出血量及并发症发生率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎效果理想,术后恢复快。
Objective To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods 86 patients were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group. The control group used routine nasal endoscopic surgery,and observation group received endoscopic sinus surgery,comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate,blood loss and complication rate of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis is ideal,and recovered quickly after operation.
