评价PPH治疗混合痔手术技巧对并发症的影响

Evaluation on the Effect of PPH Treatment on Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

目的分析研讨PPH治疗混合痔手术技巧对并发症的影响。方法病例入选方式为随机抽签法,从我院2013年1月-2015年1月收治行混合痔手术且发生并发症患者中,抽取104例纳入到研讨,回顾分析其病历记录资料,总结其手术技巧对并发症所产生的影响。结果此次治疗手术时间平均为（23.2±1.1）min,脱出肛门之外的痔块存在回缩状况,调查患者满意度为：71例非常满意,占比68.27%,30例满意,占比28.85%,3例不满意,占比2.88%,总满意度为97.12%。术后随访时间为（14.3±2.5）个月,共3例复发,复发率2.88%;共6例发生并发症,占比5.77%,其中包含2例疼痛,4例出血,无急便感或肛门异物感发生。结论临床在采用手术治疗混合痔疾病时,手术操作者的手术技巧对术后并发症有直接性影响,因此,手术操作者需明确掌握其手术指征,提升手术操作熟练度,降低并发症发生可能性。

Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of PPH treatment on complications of mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods The cases were selected randomly by the method of random drawing. From January 2013 to January 2015,104 cases of patients in our hospital treated with mixed hemorrhoids surgery and occurred complications were included in the study,to retrospectively analyze the records of their medical records and to summarize the effect of surgical technique on the complications. Results The average treatment time was（23.2 ± 1.1） min,hemorrhoid prolapse anus outside presence retraction condition,survey of patients satisfaction ： 71 cases are very satisfied,accounting for 68.27%,30 cases were satisfied,accounting for 28.85%,3 cases were not satisfied,accounting for 2.88%,total satisfaction was 97.12%. The postoperative followup time was（14.3±2.5） months,a total of 3 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate of 2.88%. A total of 6 cases occurred complications,accounting for 5.77%,which contains 2 cases of pain,4 cases of bleeding,no sense of urgency or anal foreign body sensation occurred. Conclusion The clinical use of surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids disease,the operation skill of the operator has a direct impact onthe postoperative complications. Therefore,the operation of the operator must be clear to grasp the indications,improve operation skill,the possibility of reducing the incidence of complications.
