摘要
目的分析微波结合手法治疗各种运动损伤疗效。方法选取我院在2014年2月-2015年2月收治的120例日常训练中受伤的患者,随机抽取将其分为3组,每组40例,A组采用微波法;B组采用手法;C组采用二者结合法。比较3组治疗效果。结果经治疗,A组总有效率为77.5%,B组为75.0%,C组为97.5%;对3组数据进行两两比较,A与B比较：χ^2=0.069,P〉0.05;A与C比较：χ^2=7.314,P〈0.05;B与C比较：χ^2=8.538,P〈0.05。结论对运动损伤患者而言,采用微波与手法结合治疗的效果优于单独的使用两者中的任何一种的治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of microwave combined with manipulation in treating various kinds of sports injuries. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015,120 cases of daily training in the injured patients in our hospital were randomly selected and were divided into 3 groups,40 cases in each group,microwave method was used in A group; B group using techniques; C group was using the combination of two methods. Compare the treatment effect of the 3 groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of A group was 77.5%,B group was 75%,C group was 97.5%,comparison of A and B,χ^2=0.069,P〈0.05,comparison of A and C,χ^2=7.314,P〈0.05,comparison of B and C,χ^2=8.538,P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with sports injury,the effect of combining microwave and manual therapy is better than that of use of A or B.
