子宫肌瘤两种不同手术方式的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Two Kinds of Different Operation Methods in the Resection of Uterine Fibroid

目的对开腹及腹腔镜下两种子宫肌瘤切除手术的临床效果进行分析比较。方法选择我院2015年4月-2016年4月收治的67例子宫肌瘤患者,其中进行开腹子宫肌瘤切除手术34例（开腹组）,进行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除手术33例（腹腔镜组）。比较分析两组患者手术情况、预后情况和并发症发生率。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、手术出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、并发症和住院时间低于开腹组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除手术治疗效果较开腹手术更佳,且预后情况优于开腹手术。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of the laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery in the resection of uterine fibroid. Methods 67 patients withuterine fibroid treated from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected. Among them,34 cases（open group）were performed laparotomy. 33 cases were performed laparoscopic resection of uterine fibroids（laparoscopic group）. The operation,prognosis and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The operation time,intra-operative bleeding volume and postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function,complications and hospitalization time for laparoscopic group was better than that of laparotomy group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic resection of uterine fibroid has a better effect than laparotomy. In addition,the patient＇s prognosis based on the laparoscopic surgery is improved.
