跨伤椎固定与经伤椎固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的疗效对比

Comparison of Therapeutic Effects Between Trans-vertebral Fixation and Vertebral Fixation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Spine Fractures

目的评价并对比胸腰段脊柱骨折接受跨伤椎固定或经伤椎固定的疗效。方法随机抽取60例胸腰段脊柱骨折患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析,34例接受经伤锥固定治疗为观察组,26例接受跨伤锥固定治疗归为对照组,对比两组临床疗效。结果手术记录显示观察组平均手术时间、术中出血量均少于对照组;随访结果显示观察组并发症发生率及椎体矫正丢失度均低于对照组。各项差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经伤椎固定治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折效果好于跨伤椎固定治疗。

Objective To evaluate and compare the thoracolumbar spine fracture accepted across vertebral fixation or vertebral fixation of effect. Methods 60 casesof thoracolumbar spinal fractures in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,34 patients received wound cone fixation for the treatment of the observation group,26 patients received fixation across the injured cone classified as the control group,compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The average operative time and blood loss of the observation group were less than that of the control group. The follow-up results showed that the incidence of complications and the loss of correction of vertebral body were lower than those of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vertebral fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar spinal fracture is better than the across vertebral fixation.
