一次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎与慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效比较

Comparison of the Clinical Effects of One-visit Root Canal Therapy on Treating Chronic Pulpitis and Chronic Periapical Periodontitis

目的探讨一次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎与一次法根管治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法随机选取一次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎患者和慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,每组各32例32个牙,其中A组为一次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎,B组为一次法根管治疗慢性根尖周炎,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗1周后,A组治疗有效率为90.63%,B组治疗有效率为81.25%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗18个月后,A组治疗有效率为87.50%,B组治疗有效率为56.25%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次法根管治疗慢性牙髓炎效果显著,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To study the clinical effects of one-visit root canal therapy on treating chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis. MethodsThe patients that received one-visit root canal therapy in treating the chronic pulpitis and chronic periapical periodontitis were selected randomly as the objects of study,with 32 cases and 32 teeth in each group. Group A adopted the one-visit root canal therapy to treat chronic pulpitis,while group B applied the one-visit root canal therapy in treating chronic periapical periodontitis,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic response rate in group A after one week treatment was 90.63%,while that in group B was 81.25%,and the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. That was 87.50% in group A after18 months treatment while 56.25% in group B,and the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The one-visit root canal therapy has marked effects on treating chronic pulpitis,which is of great clinical significance.
