自体脂肪填充术的临床应用价值探讨

Discussion on the Clinical Value of Autologous Fat Filling Technique

目的探讨自体脂肪填充术的临床应用价值。方法选取2013年8月-2015年12月我院收治的85例接受自体脂肪填充术治疗的面部软组织缺陷患者作为研究对象,对其临床治疗效果进行观察与评定。结果经过自体脂肪填充术治疗后,所有患者的面部缺陷情况均恢复至正常,患者治疗满意度高达100%,无1例出现性质较严重的并发症,且填充部位线条轮廓清晰自然,饱满度好。结论自体脂肪填充术治疗面部缺陷效果良好,安全有效。

Objective To study the clinical value of autologous fat filling operation. Methods From August 2013 to December 2015,our hospital for the treatment of 85 patients who underwent autogenous fat fill the facial soft tissue defect patients as the research object,to observe the clinical therapeutic effect and evaluation. Results After autologous fat fill treatment,all patients with facial defects are back to normal,the patient satisfaction is as high as 100%,no serious complications,1 case appeared properties and filling parts lines clear,plumpness. Conclusion For the treatment of autologous fat fill facial defect effect is good,safe and effective.
