浅析西药阿莫西林的药理作用机制以及临床应用

Analysis of the Pharmacological Action Mechanism and Clinical Application in Western Medicine Amoxicillin

目的研究分析阿莫西林的药理机制和作用。方法选择2013年2月-2014年10月我院的74例消化不良患者和52例膀胱炎患者进行研究分析,将消化不良患者分组为甲乙两组,均为37例,膀胱炎患者分组为丙丁两组,均为26例。甲丙两组使用阿莫西林治疗,乙组使用雷贝拉唑治疗,丁组使用氧氟沙星治疗。比较治疗效果。结果甲组有效率91.89%,乙组72.97%,丙组有效率88.46%,丁组有效率65.38%。结论阿莫西林临床治疗范围广泛,效果好,不良反应少。

Objective To study the pharmacological mechanism and effect of amoxicillin. Methods Chose our hospital 74 patients with dyspepsia and 52 casesof patients with cystitis to conduct research and analysis from February 2013 to October 2014. Patients with dyspepsia were grouped into two groups of A and B,37 cases in each. Patients with cystitis were grouped into two groups of C and D,26 cases in each. Group A and C were treated with amoxicillin,group B was treated rabeprazole,and group D was treated with levofloxacin. Compared the treatment effect of several groups. Results The effective rate was 91.89% in group A,group B was 72.97%,group C was 88.46%,group D was 65.38%. Conclusion Amoxicillin in the clinical treatment of a wide range,has good effect,less adverse reactions.
