摘要
目的研究分析肺动脉高压致右心衰竭的临床治疗方法。方法选择我院的60例肺源性心脏病右心衰患者进行研究分析,将患者分为观察组和对照组,均为30例,提供常规治疗,观察组增加多巴酚丁胺治疗。结果观察组患者有14例显效,15例有效,1例无效,临床有效率是96.6%;对照组有8例显效,12例有效,10例无效,有效率是66.7%,观察组住院时间比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论多巴酚丁胺可以降低肺动脉阻力,提升心脏指数,提高心排量,减少心衰患者死亡率。
Objective To study the clinical treatment of right heart failure caused by pulmonary hypertension. Methods Chose 60 cases of pulmonary heart disease right heart failure patients to analysis and study in our hospital,patients were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases,conventional treatment,the observation group increased dobutamine treatment. Results In the observation group,14 cases were cured,15 cases were effective,1 cases was ineffective,the clinical effective rate was 96.6%. The control group of 8 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,the efficiency was 66.7%,the observation group hospitalization time was shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dobutamine can reduce pulmonary arterial resistance and increasing the cardiac index,increase cardiac output,reduce risk of death in patients with heart failure.
