摘要
目的分析结核分枝杆菌临床分离株的基因分型及相关耐药性。方法收集本市的120株结核分枝杆菌分离株,使用Spoligotyping法和PCR法进行基因分型,并予以药敏检测。结果 120株结核分枝杆菌以北京家族为主,在北京家族中以现代型为主。北京家族菌株现代型和古代型的耐药性相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本地区的结核分枝杆菌具有基因多态性,主要基因型为北京家族,北京家族菌株与非北京家族菌株的耐药性差异无统计学意义。
Objective To analyze of Mycobacterium tuberculosis clinical isolates of gene typing and their drug resistance. Methods To collect 120 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates in the city. Genotyping was performed using Spoligotyping and PCR methods, and the drug sensitivity test was performed. Results 120 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were mainly in Beijing family, and the modern type was the main type in Beijing family. There was no significant difference in the resistance of the modern and ancient strains of Beijing family strains(P〉0.05). Conclusion The Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the region has the genetic polymorphism and the main genotype is the Beijing family. There was no significant difference in the drug resistance between theBeijing family and the non Beijing family.
