摘要
目的探讨不同护理措施对CT增强扫描患者对比剂不良反应的影响。方法选择2015年5月-2016年5月于我院应用对比剂行上腹部增强CT扫描的患者,共计172例。以随机数字表将172例患者均分为两组,即研究组与对照组,各86例。对照组应用常规护理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预。结果研究组不良反应发生率5.81%,低于对照组16.28%（P〈0.05）。结论 CT增强扫描患者应用综合护理干预措施,可以有效降低对比剂不良反应的发生率。
Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on contrast material adverse reactions of patients with CT enhanced scan. Methods 172 cases with CT enhanced scan from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group in our hospital,86 cases in each group. Control group was given common nursing measure and observation group was given nursing intervention based on control group. Results Adverse reaction rate of observation group（5.81%） was lower than control group（16.28%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with CT enhanced scan can lower contrast material adverse reactions.
