神经内科重症患者肠内营养80例护理分析

Nursing Analysis of 80 Cases of Nerve Internal Medicine Severe Patients With Enteral Nutrition

目的探究神经内科重症患者肠内营养护理效果。方法选取2015年3月-2016年5月本院收治的80例神经内科重症患者,采用随机分组方式,将其分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组,给予常规护理,研究组,在常规护理基础上,给予肠内营养护理,对比两组患者各项营养指标。结果研究组各项营养指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对神经内科重症患者,在常规护理基础上,给予肠内营养护理,效果好。

Objective To explore the effect of nerve internal medicine in severe patients with enteral nutrition care. Methods Selected in our hospital treated 80 cases of nerve internal medicine in severe cases from March 2015 to May 2016,by random grouping,they can be divided into research group and control group,40 cases in each. The control group given routine care,research group on the basis of control group given conventional nursing care,to give enteral nutrition care,compared two groups of patients the nutritional indexes. Results The nutrition index of the research group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with severe neurological diseases,on the basis of routine nursing,using enteral nutrition,the effect is good.
