优质护理服务应用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者安全管理中的效果分析

Analysis the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service in the Safety Management of Patients With Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨优质护理服务应用于糖尿病视网膜病变患者安全管理中效果,并在此基础上提高护理服务的质量。方法根据专科特点进行优质护理服务活动,护士采取的护理模式是责任制护理模式,然后比较采用优质化护理服务前后,糖尿病视网膜病变患者不良事件的发生率和患者的满意度。结果采用优质护理服务后,观察组糖尿病视网膜病变患者的不良事件发生率低于对照组患者,患者的满意度也增加。结论通过采用优质护理服务,让护理人员认识到优质护理服务对糖尿病视网膜病变患者康复的重要性,并积极提高护理服务质量,减少患者不良事件发生,促进患者恢复健康。

Objective To investigate the quality of nursing service for patients with diabetic retinopathy in safety management,and on this basis to improve the quality of nursing service. Methods Carrying out quality nursing service according to the specialty characteristics,the nurse took responsibility nursing mode,and then compared with the high quality nursing service before and after the diabetic retinopathy with the incidence of adverse events and patients＇ satisfaction. Results After the high quality nursing service,the incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the patient＇s satisfaction was also increased. Conclusion Through the use of high quality nursing service,so that the nursing staff to recognize the importance of quality care for patients with diabetic retinopathy,and actively improve the quality of nursing service,reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients,promote patients to restore health.
