摘要
目的探讨综合肺康复护理用于煤工尘肺患者护理中的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月-2016年1月我院75例煤工尘肺患者为对象进行分组研究。常规组行常规护理,研究组给予综合肺康复护理。比较两组干预结果。结果研究组患者护理满意度、肺功能指标、6 min步行距离、SGRQ量表评分均优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论综合肺康复护理用于煤工尘肺患者护理中的临床效果确切。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on coal workers＇ pneumoconiosis patients. Methods 75 cases of coal workers＇ pneumoconiosis patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into the study group and the routine group,the routine group was given about routine nursing care. The study group was given about comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing. The intervention results of the two groups were compared. Results The study group patients nursing satisfaction,pulmonary function index,6 min walking distance,SGRQ scale score were better than the conventional group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for coal workers＇ pneumoconiosis patients is exact.
