普通外科急性胃穿孔患者采用优质护理的临床疗效评估

Clinical Evaluation on High Quality Nursing for Patients With Acute Gastric Perforation in General Surgery

目的探讨普通外科急性胃穿孔患者采用优质护理的临床疗效。方法回顾分析2015年6月-2016年3月我院普通外科收治的74例急性胃穿孔患者的临床资料,根据护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组37例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予优质护理,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过有效护理后,观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论普通外科急性胃穿孔患者采用优质护理的临床疗效明显,能够促进患者胃肠功能恢复,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing for patients with acute gastric perforation in general surgery department.Methods74 cases of acute gastric perforation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively from June 2015 to March 2016. According to the different nursing methods,the observation group and the control group were divided into two groups,Each group of 37 cases,the control group received routine nursing care,Observation group on this basis to give quality care,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After effective nursing,recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group,the hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of high quality nursing for patients with acute gastric perforation in general surgery is obvious,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients,improve patient care satisfaction.
