摘要
目的分析风险管理在高龄髋部骨折护理中的应用价值。方法将64例高龄髋部骨折患者分为两组各32例,对照组常规护理,观察组加用风险管理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组风险因素认知评分、风险因素认知率均高于对照组,风险事件发生率6.3%低于对照组25.0%(P<0.05)。结论为高龄髋部骨折患者实施风险管理,有利于降低风险事件发生率。
Objective To analyze the risk management in the nursing application value in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods 64 cases of elderly hip fracture patients were divided into two groups,each group of 32 cases and the control group were given routine nursing care,the observation group and risk management. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group＇s risk factor in cognitive scores,risk factor recognition rate were significantly higher than those in the control group,risk event the occurrence rate was 6.3% was significantly lower than that of the control group（25.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For elderly hip fracture patients implementing risk management,to reduce the risk for the occurrence of risk events.
