摘要
目的分析肿瘤住院患者常见的护理安全问题及护理管理对策。方法选择本院收治的68例肿瘤住院患者随机分成观察组以及对照组,每组各34例。对照组提供常规护理,观察组分析护理安全问题的基础上实施护理管理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组护理的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤住院患者的常见护理安全问题进行分析,强化护理管理,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the common nursing safety problems and nursing management strategies of cancer inpatients. Methods Selected 68 cases of hospitalized cancer patients admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 34 cases. Control group to provide routine care,observation group analysis of nursing safety problems based on the implementation of nursing management,observation of the two groups of nursing effect. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The common nursing safety problems of cancer patients were analyzed,and the nursing management and nursing satisfaction of patients were strengthened.
