严重创伤失血性休克急诊护理期间实施并发症预防性护理干预的效果

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Prevention of Complications During Emergency Care of Severe Traumatic Hemorrhagic Shock

目的探讨严重创伤失血性休克急诊护理期间实施并发症预防性护理干预的效果。方法将我院急诊科收治的80例严重创伤失血性休克患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各40例,对照组应用常规护理,实验组应用并发症预防性护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果两组并发症发生率与治疗有效率比较,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在严重创伤失血性休克患者急诊护理期间对其实施并发症预防性护理干预,能够降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of complications during emergency care for severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock. Methods 80 cases of severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital,control group and experimental group. The control group used routine nursing,the experimental group was applied to the prevention of complications of nursing intervention. To compare the two groups of nursing effect. Results The incidence rate of complications in the two groups and the effective rate of treatment,the experimental group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock in emergency care during the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with complications,can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients＇ treatment effect.
