摘要
目的探讨PICC置管常见并发症的原因及对策。方法分析临床86例肿瘤患者应用PICC导管出现并发症的原因,借鉴PICC导管标准化维护,分析并提出相应的护理措施。结果临床86例肿瘤患者中,有21例患者出现不同情况的并发症。结论做好穿管前患者心理及血管、凝血功能的评估,严格遵守操作步骤,有助于提高穿刺成功率、减少穿刺置管常见问题。
Objective To explore the reason and countermeasure about common complications of placing PICC. Methods To analyze the causes of the complications of PICC in 86 cases of tumor patients. Drawing lessons from the standard of PICC catheter maintenance,put forward the corresponding nursing measures. Results There were 21 cases of complications in 86 patients with tumor. Conclusion Great evaluating to patients＇ situation about psychology,blood vessel and blood coagulation,and strictly following the operation procedures could help to increase the probability of puncture successfully and reduce the common problems following with puncturing or placing PICC catheter.
