探讨精神分裂症认知功能成套测验在首发精神分裂症患者中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究分析精神分裂症认知功能成套测验对首发精神分裂症患者的使用情况。方法选取我院83例首发精神分裂症患者、77例慢性精神分裂症患者和75例健康志愿者来进行分析研究,探讨认知功能成套测验的使用情况。结果首发精神分裂症患者、慢性精神分裂症患者及健康组MCCB总分分别为(30.65±13.57)分、(28.57±12.76)分、(49.67±11.12)分。首发精神分裂症患者和慢性精神分裂症患者的工作记忆和社会认知对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论首发精神分裂症患者在工作记忆和社会认知方面损害较慢性精神分裂症患者轻。精神分裂症患者不管是首发还是慢性较正常人群在认知功能方面均存在损害。 Objective To study the use of cognitive function test in schizophrenia patients with schizophrenia.Methods 83 cases of patients with ifrst episode schizophrenia, 77 patients with chronic schizophrenia and 75 healthy volunteers were selected as the study object.Results The total score of MCCB in first episode schizophrenia patients, chronic schizophrenia patients and healthy group were (30.65 ± 13.57), (28.57 ± 12.76) and (49.67 ± 11.12). There were statistically signiifcant differences in working memory and social cognition in patients with ifrst episode schizophrenia and chronic schizophrenia (P〈0.05).Conclusion The patients with schizophrenia in the ifrst episode of schizophrenia in the working memory and social cognitive impairment of chronic schizophrenia patients. In patients with schizophrenia, whether it is a first or a chronic disease, there are damage in cognitive function.
