精神分裂症运用认知矫正治疗的临床探讨

Clinical Study of Schizophrenia by Using Cognitive Orthodontic Treatment

目的 探讨精神分裂症运用认知矫正治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月-2015年1月我院收治的精神分裂症患者88例作为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例患者。观察组患者运用认知矫正治疗,对照组采用工娱治疗。观察两组患者各方面改善情况。结果 观察组患者治疗后BPRS评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗依从性优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 精神分裂症运用认知矫正治疗能够促进患者认知功能恢复,提高患者的治疗依从性与社会功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of schizophrenia by using cognitive orthodontic treatment. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, 88 cases of patients with schizophrenia were selected as the research objec. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The observation group of patients was used by cognitive remediation therapy, the control group was used by clinical treatment. To observe two groups of patients to improve the situation.ResultsThe improvement of BPRS score after treatment in the observation group was signiifcantly better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Schizophrenia was used about cognitive remediation therapy can promote the recovery of cognitive function in patients, improve patient compliance and social function.
