有创机械通气用于重症急性左心衰患者急诊抢救中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Invasive Mechanical Ventilation in Emergency for Patients With Severe Acute Left Heart Failure

目的探讨重症急性左心衰患者急诊抢救过程中有创机械通气的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的80例重症急性左心衰患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果观察组的心率、呼吸频率、无创氧饱和度、血清脑钠肽与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症急性左心衰患者通过给予有创机械通气,能获取理性的疗效,改善患者病情,为急救治疗提供有利条件。

Objective To explore the value of application of invasive mechanical ventilation in emergency for patients with severe acute left heart failure. MethodsClinical data of 80 patients with severe acute left heart failure in our hospital were selected were analyzed retrospectively. ResultsCompared with the control group, the heart rate, respiratory rate, noninvasive oxygen saturation, serum brain natriuretic peptide and the difference was signiifcantly signiifcant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionPatients with severe acute left heart failure by giving invasive mechanical ventilation, can obtain rational efficacy, improve the patient＆#39;s condition, provide first-aid treatment for the favorable conditions.
