全髋关节和双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果比较研究

Comparative Study on the Effect of Total Hip and Bipolar Artificial Femoral Head Replacement for the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Femoral Neck Fracture

目的 研究分析全髋关节和双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果比较。方法 选取2013年1月-2015年12月我院收治的股骨颈骨折的老年患者98例为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分成两组,观察组和对照组。对照组患者采用双极人工股骨头置换术,观察组患者采用全髋关节置换术。对比两组患者手术出血量、住院时间、手术时间;以及治疗效果。结果 对照组患者的手术时间、住院时间、出血量情况均明显低于观察组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗的优秀率为92.5%,对照组患者治疗的优秀率为84.48%,观察组治疗优秀率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 研究结果显示全髋关节比双极人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果好,但是老年人对运动量的需求不大,所以实际操作中用根据患者的实际情况进行选择。

Objective To study the effect of total hip and bipolar artiifcial femoral head replacement for the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015, 98 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to treatment methods, they are divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with bipolar artiifcial femoral head replacement, the observation group was treated by total hip replacement. Bleeding volume in two groups of patients were compared in operation, hospitalization time, operation time and curative effect.Results The control group of patients with operation time, hospitalization time, blood loss were significantly lower than the observation group, the difference was signiifcant between the two groups, （P 〈 0.05）. Observation of patients in the treatment group, the excellent rate was 92.5%. In control group patients, the excellent rate was 84.48%, to observe the excellent rate of the treatment group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group,P 〈 0.05.Conclusion The result showed that elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated by total hip than bipolar artiifcial femoral head replacement effect is good, but older people to exercise little demand, so practice with choose according to the actual situation of patients.
